$100 daily fee (accommodation, food, programs)

• Half of this amount will be covered by Heal The World. The other half will be covered by the participant.
• Total sum of money must be transferred no later than three weeks before departure.
• Payment may be made via check (made out to Cornerstone Church) or cash.
• All monies paid to Cornerstone Church are non-refundable.

FLIGHT DATES:

• Flights will arrive into Nairobi on May 26
• Flights will depart from Nairobi on June 5
• There will be no work on May 26 or June 5

TIMELINE OF CONFIRMATION:

• Participants must confirm their involvement in the trip no later than three months in advance (March 4).
• Final list of participants will be confirmed by March 11.
• All required forms must be filled out and turned in no later than April 19, 2019. This includes interest form, waivers, photocopy of passport, and medical release.
• Full payment for the trip must be received by April 19, 2019.
